CRGAR invites real estate professionals and business supporters to affiliate with us as members. As a member you will become part of Costa Rica’s real estate team with the strongest focus on global business and professional standards. The process is simple:
1) Request a membership application to be either a) a CRGAR-Certified Realtor in Costa Rica, b) a CRGAR Referral Realtor in another country, or c) a CRGAR Business Supporter anywhere in the world.
2) Complete the application with your professional information, your commitment to uphold the professional standards and practices of CRGAR, your confirmation of your legal status to work in Costa Rica (only for CRGAR-Certified Realtor candidates with Permanent residency or Costa Rican Citizenship), and return it to CRGAR with a copy of your photo ID.
3) Allow 2-3 weeks for internal processing and consideration, before we reply with your acceptance, or requests for clarification.
4) Once approved for membership, CRGAR will require payment of membership fees, based on the official rates of the current calendar year.
